Rob Menzies & Associates commenced business in July 2000. Headed by Angus Robert Menzies , The firm created a ‘niche’ market in Conveyancing and Property related matters for the discerning client.

This practice prospered from humble beginnings into a reputable firm of Attorneys, Conveyancers and Notaries. They have relocated from Durban North to Umhlanga, which is now home to most of the legal fraternity. Sanjeev Singh has taken over the Reigns as Director from Rob Menzies. Still supported by its original staff of senior paralegals, the firm prides itself on providing an efficient and reliable service.

• we arrange for electrical and borer certificates with reputable companies.
• we are on the panels of major banks and receive bond instructions electronically.
